Making a Purchase: Browse the website and click on the thumbnail image of any products that you wish to purchase, this will take you through to the detailed information page. If you do not need to see the detailed information then you can stay on the product listing pages. Click 'Add To Order'. This will take you through to your 'Shopping Trolley' where your chosen products will be kept for you to order. After you have finished choosing your products, go through to the checkout to choose which payment type that you would prefer.
Credit Card Online: This is completely safe using SSL (Secure Socket Layout) and we do not store any credit card details. To check that the SSL privacy is in place look at the padlock on the right hand side of the url window within the 'checkout' (the area of the site where a order is confirmed) or right click and select 'Properties' and then the 'Certificate' button on the bottom right of the pop-up window. For those using Mozilla Firefox the padlock can be found on the far right bottom of the page.
Do you offer a price matching service?
We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service.
What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. Once despatched the carrier delivers using a next day service or if it is heavy goods being delivered on a pallet, 48 hour service.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Carriage on all standard orders over £100 in value (excl VAT) to most mainland UK destinations. Carriage is £4.95 for all standard orders under £100 to most mainland UK destinations. This is based on next working day delivery if the order is received before 2pm. Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note that delivery next day is only possible if the goods are in stock, we do not guarantee next day delivery.
There will be an extra charge to the highlands and islands of Scotland and other islands around the UK. If you are not sure if an extra carriage charge will be applied you should enter your address in the checkout for an instant quotation.
The full carriage charge will be quoted at the cart page and the checkout page once your UK postcode has been entered. The charge is calculated on the product value of your order excluding VAT.

Do lumalighting offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?
Our prices are as competitive as we can make them, I am afraid this means we are unable to offer a discount for multiple purchases or high value orders.
What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. How do I cancel an order?
E-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email then the order has not been cancelled.
